EOS Energy Co., LTD. is a privately held limited company formed and registered with the secretary of state of Delaware on September 26,2018. EOS ENERGY operates business including energy development, electrical facilities development, production, sales and installation of mechainical and electrical equipment, as well as planning and construction for urban infrastructures with two main purposes:
1. Purchase power energy equipment and components in U.S. to be sold in China; and
2. In the long term to purchase a small manufacturing company in the U.S. to produce,export and sell its own brand of manufactured products (made in USA) into the Chinese market.
