Responsibilities
Responsible for the design company's projects;
Responsible for the preliminary planning and research of the project, and prepare the feasibility plan for the project;
Responsible for designing, writing and reviewing relevant technical documents and drawings;
Responsible for the quality of the design documents of the project;
Responsible for the design progress of the project;
Responsible for coordinating the design of relevant units;
Responsible for training of project personnel.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, electrical system, electrical engineering, electrical automation engineering or related majors;
5 years and above professional experience in electrical or related professional design;
With international project work experience and served as the deputy chief of the international project preferred;
The professional certificate is preferred;
Strong communication and coordination skills, excellent writing and verbal skills;
Authorized to work in the US;
Bi-Lingual Speakers in Chinese Mandarin language preferred.

Financial Assistant

Responsibilities
Assist the financial director in the following works:
The company's accounting, verifying the receipts and invoices, etc.;
Financial matters such as receivables, payables, and depreciation of fixed assets;
The company’s tax management, tax filing, invoicing, etc.;
The company's accounting records and the production of financial statements;
Formulate financial work plans and procedures to ensure that financial data is accurate;
Assist in completing the financial works of the company's projects;
Other financial matters assigned by the company's senior management.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, and related field.
Familiar with cash management and bank settlement, familiar with the financial software;
Over 1 years of relevant work experience, with international project financial management experience is preferred;
Teamwork awareness;
Strong communication and coordination skills, excellent written writing and verbal skills;

Office Assistant

Responsibilities
Assist in the routine maintenance and management of the office;
Assist in the preparation of internal and external meetings, external reception, and other events of the company;
Assist in project filing and documentation;
Responsible for receiving and distributing company documents and archiving of documents;
Assisting all departments in their work and coordinating internal employee relations;
Other works assigned by the company's leadership.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above. Majors in human resource management, administrative management and business administration are preferred;
2 years or above administrative working experience;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships with a wide variety of individuals, internally and externally;
Outstanding commitment and sense of dedication to understanding, fulfilling and anticipating the needs of the office;
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;

Finance Director
EOS Energy Co., Ltd – Glen Cove, NY
Responsibilities:
Fully responsible for the preparation and submission of financial statements and financial analysis reports;
Participate in related work such as asset management and asset evaluation;
Participate in performance appraisal and other works;
Participate in the company's budget management, including the preparation, review, reporting, release, execution, and evaluation of the budget plan;
Responsible for the financial works of the company's projects;
Assist with year-end audit and ensure compliance.
Undertake regular internal inspections to ensure the company’s assets are well maintained and protected.
Oversee all cash handling, banks, and other related SOPs are followed.
Oversee the payroll process and assist where necessary.
Complete other tasks assigned by the company's leadership.

Qualifications
Experience: over 5 years of relevant experience
Strong leadership and analytical skills
Experience in international project financial management
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate with Senior Management and outside vendors, including accounting firms, insurance carriers and brokers, and banks.
Authorized to work in the US.
Bi-Lingual Speakers in Chinese Mandarin language preferred
