At EOS ENERGY, meeting the expectations of our customers and partners is our top priority. Covid-19 novel coronavirus is being closely watched and our working team will continue to evaluate and respond positively to the changes.

During the covid-19 pandemic, we mobilized globally to maintain critical infrastructure and business continuity, and we are happy to be able to achieve full operations and return to a state of 'business change,' which is the new normal for many of us.


Our top priority is to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners. In coordination with local authorities, we are in the process of deploying our own covid-19 agreement, including:

Controlled access to EOS ENERGY electrical site to comply with social distance regulations;

Use personal protective equipment as needed;

Strengthen sanitation and disinfection measures;

Provide stakeholders with clear information on security, health, remote access, and alternative work solutions using digital tools, if applicable;

Coordinate with customers before site visit and service intervention to ensure everyone's safety.


We are committed to supporting business continuity and helping customers and partners recover, adapt or build new projects in the following areas:

Digital flexibility;

Network security tools and infrastructure;

Continuous customer and technical support and remote management capabilities, including safe support for troubleshooting, maintenance, training and testing.

Our global supply chain is ready to collaborate on demand driven customer solutions. We acknowledge that this crisis has caused some targeted supply chain problems, and we apologize for any difficulties caused.


All of our manufacturing plants and logistics centers are open, and we will continue to:

Coordinate with our suppliers and partners to ensure alternative sources of supply and transfer production as needed;

Promoting the implementation of downstream transport lines;

Rebalance any affected global inventory;

Manage inventory and delivery of repair parts.


Our employees have the digital tools and skills to adapt to this new environment, and are fully equipped. While we've reduced business travel, we're still in touch through teleconferencing and other opportunities to interact digitally.
